- The Envirolyte Automated units are designed to produce electrochemically activated solutions Acidic Anolyte and Catholyte or Neutral Anolyte only for use in a multitude of different applications where there is a need for disinfecting, sterilization, water purification, cleaning and sanitary control.

 Envirolyte ELA-5000 |
- The Envirolyte ELA-5000 series machines are fully automated (industrial) units producing either two solutions (one containing bactericidal mixed oxidants -Anolyte- and another a reducing solution which can be used for washing and removing metals from water through precipitation of hydroxides -Catholyte) or Neutral Anolyte only which is itself a powerfull disinfectant. The technology is being developed in line with the world-wide tendency to reduce the amount of chlorine and other chemicals in treated waters.
- The Envirolyte automated units of ELA-5000 series are the latest development of products manufactured by The Envirolyte Industries International Ltd. They are designed at customer's specification and after intensive consultations with Envirolyte distributors. Envirolyte automated units are produced in various sizes of output ranging from 240L to 600L of Anolyte per hour. In case of EA units designed to produce two solutions (Anolyte and Catholyte), propotions between Anolyte and Catholyte can be set according to customer's requirements.

I Features of Envirolyte ELA-5000 units |
|
- The control system of ELA-5000 units is simple and easy to operate. It can be altered to suit different applications and conditions.
- A flow controller is installed in the Hydraulical part to shut the Envirolyte unit if there is interruption of water supply and to start the unit as soon as water flow resumes.
- Peristatic brine pump with variable speed ensures a required dosage at any given time.
|
 Electrical enclosure of ELA-5000 |
- The enclosures are made of non-corrosive materials. Tubes and connectors are of EPDM/PVDF plastics and are highly resistant against aggressive solutions.
- All input and output connectors are located on the sides of the boxes to allow them wall-mountable.
|
 Hydraulic enclosure of ELA-5000
|
- A simple on/off switch with power indicator starts and stops the ELA-5000 units manually.
- Level switches enable to start and stop ELA-5000 unit automatically.
|
- Alarm is inbuilt in the unit but can be arranged in any remote area through external connection.
- Air pump (12VDC connection) is incorporated into ELA-5000 units to facilitate hydrogen ventilation to meet the strict European safety regulations for electrolysis processes.

- Solution of common salt (NaCl) flows through a diaphragmatic cell, where it is electrochemically activated. The cell consists of two chambers (anode and cathode chamber) separated by a membrane. Anolyte is produced at the anode and Catholyte at the cathode of the cell. The parameters (ph, ORP, Cac) of the activated solutions can be set by the current setting on the front panel of Hydraulic enclosure.
